Instructor Development Course (IDC)
The Instructor Development Course is where experienced divers become
confident educators. At Divecrew, our IDC focuses on real teaching ability,
professionalism, and leadership — not just passing an exam.
The Divecrew Difference
Instructor candidates train in a working dive centre alongside active instructors.
You will assist, teach, brief, and debrief real students under close mentorship.
Our aim is to produce instructors who are confident, calm, and capable
from their very first certified student.
