Day 1 covers all the Theory behind the course and EFR philosophy, as well as ensuring that you totally understand the instructor manual and how to use it, whilst Day 2 is a very much more hands on approach : giving you actual experience of presenting sections of the course.

The course focuses on how to teach EFR and not EFR itself. Please ensure that you have reviewed both DVD's and Manuals prior to the course. The Instructor Knowledge Reviews will need to completed and handed in at the end of the course.
