RescueEAN Pod

The RescuEAN pod is a lifesaving aid for the diver finding themselves in a situation where an oxygen kit is unavailable, already being used or exhausted and it has been designed for use with a dive accident patient whether conscious, semi-conscious or unconscious. The pod is easily recognisable and is light and compact enough to be carried always. It is simple to use as is connects directly to the rescue diverís Nitrox cylinder low pressure hose once removed from a BCD or dry suit. The launch price will be £89.95 saving £15 off the RRP.

Why men kiss men.

These and other questions like ëWhy am I in a portacabin on a rainy Thursday nightí and ë Is it legal to grope a woman, who voluntarily lay down on the floorí are all answered when you enrol on the PADI Emergency First Response (EFR) Course run by The Dive Crew.

As someone who has re-discovered diving in my 40ís, I have done some pretty strange things since meeting the Dive Crew.  Let me confirm they are all legal, great fun and life affirming.  The driest subject, is the  EFR, but on reflection is probably the one course where you find yourself asking ë This can be used in so many situations ñ why have I not done this before?í

It is true however that I did kiss a man, albeit a dummy, when practising mouth to mouth. I did enter that portakabin, but we did agree that groping each other, was neither tasteful or appropriate.

Penny ran a great course, using examples, real stories and video to get across the important messages and techniques required to provide EFR to divers in distress. This PADI card confirms you can make a difference.
