Dahab Holiday – Sept 10

Terry Sands, Master Scuba Diver Trainer

Hi Terry,
Hope you got home ok this morning!
Thank you so much for making sure we had a fantastic holiday in Dahab!  We both really enjoyed ourselves and felt we really made the most of the people around us to help learn and develop our skills… as you said we are divers now!!!!
You mentioned that you would let me know if you would be in the shop this weekend as we’d like to pop in and chat with you about courses we should book ourselves onto.  We’d both like a clear plan of the courses we should be doing with a view to achieving Rescue Diver or Master Scuba Diver status in the next 12 months.
Also, don’t forget to pencil us in for Marsa next May but only provisionally at this point… need to look at the finances and check we can take the time off work before committing.
Finally, don’t forget to put a D4 cable to one side for me to buy… I really need to start downloading my dives to my PC!
Thanks again!  Look forward to hearing from you.

Beach Clean Up – Project Aware – Lulworth Cove

Divecrew Beach Clean up Divecrew Beach Clean up Divecrew Beach Clean up Divecrew Beach Clean up Divecrew Beach Clean up                         Divecrew Beach Clean up

Collin,
best find this year was probably the camera (on the blue banner) – looked as though it had been underwater for a while.
We all didn’t find a huge amount under the water though – it was relatively litter free an the 4 buddy pairs that went in thought, Didn’t collect as much rubbish as usual, as there was a group from the Marine Conservation Society (MCS) there on a beach cleanup as well with their national campaign. They were also cleaning up Durdle Door as well as Lulworth in the local area, where apparently the surge comes in and brings more rubbish to Durdle Door. Also had a gentleman from the local Parish Council who had seen something on a local poster, and wanted to come and help

Neil

A Huge thanks from Divecrew to all who helped with this great activity again this year.

Certificates are winging there way to all who helped
