Congratulation goes to John Dagnalls for completing his Digital Underwater Photography Specialty the other week. After completing stage one before his trip to Sharm, Egypt, John completed the specialty while out in the Red Sea and has brought back some fantastic photos. Very well done John from all at Divcrew.

I just wanted to thank you and your instructors for very thorough and consistent approaches to teaching and learning whilst I have undertaken my PADI Open Water Course.  I feel very lucky that I could undertake the first part of the course locally, top up with some one to one sessions, and then by participating in one of your excellent holidays – complete my learning in very pleasant, warm surroundings and with good company.

Our course group was  mixed bunch – people and ages – yet I think you got the best out of each of us.  Even when afraid – and it can be a bit scary at times – everyone was supportive and encouraging – so that I could become proficient.  I won’t hesitate to recommend the team to anyone who wants to learn to dive.  I think I’m hooked!  Now Wraysbury is calling – so when can I book onto the Dry Suit course?

She was so well trained that if the instructor tried to take her below 40feet she would refuse to go, pointing at her computer and shaking her head !

As a result she had her computer confiscated after the first dive and from then on thoroughly enjoyed it despite still getting through her air a bit quick !

Sorry for not penning this earlier but Easter got in the way of my manners…

I just wanted to send all of you our thanks for making last week’s scuba taster at Farnborough such an enjoyable event.

Special thanks and praise to Terry who was the best instructor that we could have hoped for, I think – he certainly put Phoebe and Abby at their ease and the time and effort he put into their pool time was much appreciated by all of us, so if you could please pass that message over to him we’d all be most grateful.

It may be over 4,000 miles away, but Divecrew we asked to help out with training. Martin delivers the Nitrox enriched air diver course in Antigua, to the owner of Extreme Marine Scuba Diving, Don OWSI ( far right) together with Marcus (centre). Both candidates passed with flying colours.

Martin said, Don took real care of us and we dived from his boat on private charter.

A real laid back star, very knowledgeable and a stalwart of PADI standards.

It was an absolute pleasure to dive with Don, really great fun.

We dived a wreck for our last dive and could hear humpback whales singing, awesome.
