Divecrew Christmas party looked like a good one from the photographs. Who was that dancing on a chair (if not the table?)I did see Andrew Mackie leading the ballroom dancing (in which he has training) before it all got out of hand! Next year what about a Conga?

Yes – NDAC Chepstow is well worth a visit and certainly should be considered on a par with Vobster and Stoney. Bags of potential for all types of diving – from novice to experienced. I couldn’t believe the concentration of attractions and good vis and I’m certainly including it on my list of routine destinations. Thinking of a re-visit in the new year – dependent on water temperature of course – I’m not that brave! Yours, ‘Captain’.

Well done to everyone concerned, great to see you all had fun outside the objective as the whole reason we do it in the first place is to enjoy your selves, if only every company and instructor put in the same level of effort into each course the industry would be in a far better place. What a wonderful stress free trip this was. Brilliantly led by Martin and a great group of divers with quite varied levels of experience which seemed to gel from the word go. We were a bit slow off the mark to book for next July before it sold out but we have signed up for Martin’s extra trip in May.

It was a brilliant trip, thanks again Martin. the group was really friendly and great fun and we had some fantastic dives. Diving along the massive wall at Elphinstone, doing a night dive and seeing turtles and dolphins are highlights for me. So glad to have got on to next year’s trip!

All in all a great day out, superb viz for an inland dive site. A cautious 10ft giant stride entry was one of the highlights of the day. Thanks to Jason for leading the dive and all those that assisted under and above water. Looking forward to the next day out……
