Dahab Red Sea Coast

Dahab was originally a Bedouin settlement and has retained some of its original atmosphere.

We will be flying from Gatwick South  direct to Sharm El Sheikh. Then transferring to Dahab by air conditioned coach. 

Hotel accommodation has been booked at the “The Hilton”.  It has recently been built, we have stayed there and is an excellent standard, private facilities air conditioning, Fridge/Mini Bar, & Satellite T.V. Tennis courts, pools etc. It has all the facilities you would expect Tennis courts, pools etc.

The breakfast is served buffet style. There are a variety of restaurants at the “Hilton” or in Dahab centre with dinner costing from £ 10 not including drinks. They will provide convenient lockers for your diving equipment.  

The 5 day diving package includes (2 daily shore/boat dives, tanks, weights & guide) with a reputable 5 Star centre.  Plus as an extra bonus we have negotiated free NITROX and 5 additional unaccompanied shore dives into the package – so now worth 15 dives not the normal 10. Leaving from the hotel to dive sites such as “The Blue Hole” and “The Canyon”                                                                                                                 

Those doing their advanced course will need to read the advanced manual.  We suggest reading be done prior to the holiday, as holiday time is precious and you may not feel like sitting around studying! You may also need a torch, knife & watch; we have this in stock should you wish to buy them.

The water temperature will be approx. 26 degrees centigrade, a full length 3mm is advisable. If you wish to buy a suit, we have a good selection, or if you rent a wet suit in the Red Sea, you may do so.

 Note! If equipment required. 1 weeks hire £ 75 for regulator and BCD, these must be collected the day before departure from the “Divecentre” in Bracknell (local hire cost is from. £90).

You will have to carry it as it is not insured in the hold and if you are over the weight allowance you may be charged excess baggage (Although this has never happened yet).

Computers are available for a weeks hire £ 25 (let us know in advance)

You will need a full passport, if you don’t have an Egyptian visa you may be required to pay for a one-trip visa at Sharm airport which usually costs £10 each. 

Don’t forget to get your vaccinations done Strongly Advised.
